Sophomore album from the French symphonic metal band AVALAND, a metal opera already started with the first release.
As the previous one, "The Legend of the Storyteller" is a journey, a trip out of our world, into the universe of Avaland, made of pure metal hymns. It is an epic, symphonic and bombastic album for a one hour trip to the magical world of Avaland.
"The Legend of the Storyteller" features the soulful voices of Zak Stevens (ex-Savatage/TSO), Madie (ex-Nightmare/Faith In Agony), Pierre "Cara" Carabalona (Eltharia), Ivan Castelli (Lionsoul), Angèle Macabiès, and mighty guitarists Jens Ludwig (Edguy) and Bruno Ramos (Sortilège/ex-Manigance).
The new opus is showing a heavier and darker atmosphere of Avaland's theatrical universe.
AVALAND will embark on a long European tour as support for Rhapsody of Fire, starting in April 2023 right after the release of the album.
