  • All prices are listed in Euro and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal.
  • After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. The shipping method selected at checkout will determine delivery times.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment. Tracking information will only be provided if you select express courier shipping at checkout. For standard shipping, tracking is not available.
  1. Pre-Order Policy

We offer pre-orders for select albums and merchandise. Here’s how our pre-order policy works:

  • When you pre-order an album, you are reserving your copy before its official release date.
  • If you choose to purchase additional items that are already available alongside your pre-order, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item becomes available.
  • Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase, and you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Release dates for pre-ordered items are subject to change. We will notify you via email if there are any changes to the expected release date.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at shop@rockshots.eu as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, standard return policies will apply.

Return / Refund and Exchange Policy

At Rockshots Records., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you within 3 days of receiving your order. You will have the following options:

  • Select an Alternative Item: You can choose another item of equal value to replace the out-of-stock item.
  • Partial Refund: If you prefer, we can issue a refund for the specific out-of-stock item.

Please note that if your order contains multiple items, the unavailability of one item does not entitle you to request a full refund for the entire order. Refunds or exchanges will only apply to the item(s) that are out of stock.

Undelivered Items
If an item has been marked as shipped but does not arrive within 60 days, you can request that we reship the order at no additional cost to you. Alternatively, you may request a full refund for the items that were not received. Please contact us to discuss your options.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@rockshots.eu with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

PayPal Purchases
If you made your purchase through PayPal, we encourage you to reach out to us directly before initiating a refund request or opening a claim with PayPal. We believe that discussing your concerns with us first can often lead to a quicker and more satisfactory resolution. We're here to help and want to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible!

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at shop@rockshots.eu. We will assist you with the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shop@rockshots.eu. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
